These terms apply to everyone who uses www.purefitnesseg.com, places an order, or requests a quote from Pure Fitness Equipment. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Images are illustrative — finishes, upholstery colours and minor specifications can vary between production batches, and manufacturers occasionally revise a product without notice.

Many items in our catalogue are priced on request rather than listed. For these, the price you are given in a written quote is the price that applies.

• Listed prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include the standard delivery charge shown at checkout unless stated otherwise.
• Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote. Where no period is stated, treat the quote as valid for 14 days.
• We may correct pricing or availability errors at any time before an order is confirmed. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel at no cost.

Placing an order through the site or accepting a quote is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order with you directly. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your location, or if we cannot verify the details you provided.

Custom-manufactured items such as rigs and racks are built to your specification. Once production has started these cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.

Payment terms are confirmed with you when your order is placed. For custom manufacturing and large commercial fit-outs we normally require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before or on delivery.

Goods remain the property of Pure Fitness until they have been paid for in full.

We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by stock, customs clearance on imported equipment, and site access.

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to that product, against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty period and terms are confirmed on your invoice.

A warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, consumable parts, damage from misuse, overloading or accident, improper assembly or relocation by anyone other than our team, or failure to carry out routine maintenance.

Commercial use of equipment intended for home use will void the warranty.

Fitness equipment carries inherent risk. You are responsible for ensuring it is installed on a suitable surface, used as the manufacturer intended, kept in good working order and used by people who are fit to do so.

Consult a doctor before starting any new training programme. To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Pure Fitness is not liable for injury or loss arising from the misuse of equipment, use of faulty or poorly maintained equipment, or unsupervised use.

Reviews you submit are published at our discretion, and we may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to the product. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on our site and in our marketing.

Where a review reward is offered, it applies to genuine reviews from verified purchases and is limited to one reward per order.

The Pure Fitness name, logo, site content and photography are our property or licensed to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belonging to the manufacturers we supply remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
