Pure Fitness Equipment ("Pure Fitness", "we", "us") supplies commercial and home gym equipment across Egypt. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.purefitnesseg.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We only ask for what we need to serve you:

• Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, collected at checkout so we can deliver and install your equipment.
• Quote requests — the product you are interested in and whatever details you choose to share when you message us on WhatsApp.
• Reviews — the name, phone number and comment you submit when reviewing a product. Only your name and comment are published.
• Technical data — your browser and device information and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and improve it.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Your information is used to process and deliver your order, arrange installation, respond to quote requests and support enquiries, issue the review reward where applicable, and meet our record-keeping obligations.

We may send you service messages about an order you placed. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
